a) 60-80 % of the users have been using the web to obtain the health information. The internet has been of great help by educating and empowering the health consumers by providing them with information’s on health and its services allowing for self-help and patients with their choices.

b) Technologies in internet about health insurance is a knowledge based computerized hospital information system which supports robust decision support function along with the routing applications of an HIS including ADT, order entry/charge capture, pharmacy, radiology, ICU Monitoring, etc. Use of this system helps to detect as many adverse drugs reaction in patients.

c) The issues that would lead to breach of a confidentiality the allowance of cookies on a web site which will register the name, email, medical registration number as a result of who would keep a track of the identifiable individuals.

The other is passing on the information to third part.

The third being Anonymity and sending and receiving email messages from other sources.
