Explanation / Answer

The given UML digaram contains three basic components.

Now if we see the complete UML diagram, It is trying to depict the relationship between the wall and the spaces which is the realtionship of typpe 1 or more. Meaning that Wall must have at least one or more spaces.

Apart from this, there are additional properties of the wall which are defined inside the class diagram, whether the class is having load bearing or not and second property defines the name of the class.
