Project management has to deal with various issues and corrections during its course of work.Conflict management among the group is a major issue with which the manager or the team leader has to deal with in day to day work.There are many factors to be considered in such a situation among which the following are considered as the topmost among many.

1.The team has to be given proper work schedule and allotment.Frequent changes in work allotment will definitely create confusion and the scheduling should be shared in such a way that no one in the team should either feel too much inferior or too much superior.

2.The importance of teamwork and the necessity and importance of moving towards a common goal and a fixed objective should be passed on to the team.Such a situation will definitely avoid many conflicts within a team.

3.Treatment of every individual in an equal manner is a very important task to be done by the team leader.Every individual should feel that he is important and responsible for the project to be completed in time.

4.Technical divisions of work should be allotted to the person who is technically skilled.When it is given to a wrong person too much pressure is caused and it will demotivate the individual in his performance.

5.The absence of motivation and encouragement factor will definitely be a lag in the overall performance.Motivation through any source or resource will help the I individual to come out of his personal problem and gel with the team for its performance.
