150 WORDS RESPONSE: In any enterprise it is always a good idea to experiment with a prototype on a small segment of the business rather than just immediately investing in a full software suite and rolling it out to the whole organization. The idea is to learn and grow with small mistakes that will have little effect on the overall operation. This is true for database applications as well. Any rush to implementation could be disastrous. Microsoft Access is very versatile and functional when it comes to making applications and subsequent modifications. One big proponent of database prototyping with Access is Robena Weiss from LoveYourSolutions. On this subject she writes that, “For many database applications, Access can be used to get the job done faster and therefore less expensively, while fully meeting the requirements” (Weiss). The quick development ability of Access allows a prototype to be designed very quickly, meaning that multiple iterations of the same application can be made and tested in a short period of time. This makes Access the ideal platform for database prototyping. Tables, reports, and queries can easily be copied so any experimentation gone wrong will have very damaging effect. Access also uses industry standard SQL protocols, making it capable of communication with just about every relational database platform out there. This makes the decision to go from prototype to implementation very easy. In addition, most employees will already have some familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite so learning a new application should be intuitive.

As it is the Part of Microsoft Office suite so it is easily work with other Microsoft solution Like Excel. So data can be imported from various sources and support various format as well so this make sure that your electronic data is safe .Microsoft Access is counted as One of the best Practice when you need to make changes frequently in your solution So it helps developers to build Prototype faster and Economical.

Other features which it includes like it can connect to other database easily , let us suppose data resides on other Database plateform then Microsoft Access tools like Access form , query are tools which can Create managerial view of That data and Can make User interface with that data as well.

MS access makes life easy when we need to create the dashboard on recurring bases beacuse we need to create process only once and it will give results in minutes without worrying about errors.it is one of the best tool to maintain data in aligned format.
