Gentlemen,

As of are aware that i Have joined recently as the VP Operations, and based on my recent Manufacturing visits, i have seem some of the areas where we are non-complaint to the OSHA standards and some other safety issues which when fixed would make it a safer place for all , including people with disabilities.

Hence i am scheduling a meeting to go over my point of view, the issues, its impact and a possible joint discussion for the solution part.

Objective:

Identify the lapses and OSHA violations and the basic gaps in safety for employees. Asses its impact, make people understand the issue and jointly come up with the solution.
