Select one of the following scenarios and explain how you would use the Windows 10 built in tools to accomplish the customer's request:

-You work in the IT department for a small marketing firm. A user comes to you and explains that they manage several social media accounts and email accounts for one client. They are having a hard time keeping up with all of these accounts. They would like you to configure Windows 10 so that they can receive and manage notifications for the various social media accounts and email accounts they monitor. What Windows 10 tools would configure to fulfil this user's request?

-You work in the IT department for a small graphics design firm. A few of your users use multiple Windows 10 Professional computers and they would like their themes, settings, and their active projects to be available on both on all of the computers that they use automatically. They do not have a file server, nor can they afford one. How would you accommodate these users requests?

Explanation / Answer

For the first question we need to download the necessary social media apps (fb, twitter, etc) and add the email accounts to MS outlook. After this,we need to enable notifications from the notifications section under the system settings option. The system settings option can be accessed from the settings icon in the start menu.

For the second question we need to go to remote settings and check the 'Allow remote connections to this computer' option. Remote settings can be accessed from system settings in the control panel. This enables a person to login to his/her computer from another computer on the same network.
