It is crucial to find out the best picnic spot to be successful in enjoying the picnic. Then finding out the ways to transport is crucial. Picnic needs to have good food to feed all those who attend it. That is why planning / budgeting the food is one of the important aspect.

Scope management plan: The plan related to meeting the scope is related to finding out the best alternative that we can have. It is crucial to find out the best holiday destination. Then finding out the ways to transport is crucial. The place where the family would stay and also the places they would travel needs to be taken due care of. For this budgeting and proper planning is crucial.
