Introduction:

It is a program which is designed to bring out the suggestions or compalints (if any) from the employees who are the biggest asset of the company. The motto of the program is to implement the best suggestions in a phased manner and also to solve the complaints of employees in order the achieve the greatest satisfaction among the employees within the organization and develop a world class work culture.

In order to achieve SOS (Suggestions for Organizational Satisfaction), suggestion boxes are kept at the prominent places in the company premise. This box is opened frequently and suggestions and complainants are gathered and so that suggestions can be implemented and complaints are investigated and solved confidentially.
