4.Internet known both as a boon and bane has completely changed as the concept of the world being something distant but has brought the world in our finger tips.

5.World economy and growth is based on every nation and in some way or other we have to get connected with each other.

6.Immigration has made the world a global village.

There are innumerable factors, discoveries and inventions that has made the world smaller .We have to survive in this smaller place with our own codes and conduct.

A US company is best expected to practise ethically in a world where it is supposed to survive.

1.Learning a0nd understanding a cultural background of a nation is easy a0nd acceptable these days.

2.The concept of international and multinational and also franchisee is based on the fact or agreement that the establishment should change certain aspects according to the custom practise and culture of the Nation.

3.Certain ethical practises are common to the whole world and those aspects will be accepted and welcomed where ever followed.
