So the companies need to find a trusted partners who can handle the business activities and also provide the assurance that the company is not at risk. A lot of banks still go to the companies for the advice on asset management and investment planning. They still are very successful and ruling their specific industry. The interface teams of both the companies need to be very loyal and committed to work. This can definitely do wonders for the company and take them on the right path to success.
