Negotiation - Its step by step finding middle point where balancing of employee & employer expectation for each other get mutually accepted for contractual obligations. Employee & employee relationship is contract, when employee find himself suitable place for work & employer find suitable employee for his assignment then on certain terms and condition get framed. This condition involve expectation of employer & expectations of employee and its breach penalty clauses.
Elements of general wages include remuneration for day work as well cost of social security and cost of other facility. Whatever minimum amount require to run a average family plus whatever facility which include medical, home rent , transport expenses. Insurance & pension for family. This all factor decide remuneration for employee.
Different models are develop by Hr manager as per gradation & seniority of employee and budget allocation. And if any special kind of services is require then as per negotiation certain alteration made in remuneration structure. And if structure get agreed & accepted by both party then employee employer relation get establish.
