I have seen an ethical issue in my team at workplace where one of my employee uses the office transport facility for his personal use. He used to drop his kids in the same office cab which used to do the pickup and drop to the employee. While route to office he utilizes the cab for his own purpose.

This was an ethically wrong practice to use office property for personal gain and that too at this higher rate. This was caught and we sent employee to get a training on ethics and workplace ethics and standard in particular
