Question
Due to the fast pace of technological change in information systems, IT professionals must constantly update their knowledge. This can be accomplished by many means including continuing formal classroom education, on-the-job training, short courses offered by software and hardware vendors, and continual assimilation of new information from books, periodicals, and other sources. In many cases, knowledge must be gained in topics for which the professional has little or no formal training or education.
Explanation / Answer
Yes in IT every day we have to be updated are else we will be out of it,because competition ,due to some reasons IT companies are ramping down the team
I will explain with one example for any industry core knowledge of that industry is must but for IT industry any person can get the job if he/she is not from this group he can get best knowledge/training from several sources that is most enough to get job in the IT.
After this mush struggle if get job in IT sector e have update every day regarding to market if we are not updating regarding to the market required technology we will be out of the IT yes we can get every information about any technology from internet these days so learning new technology is not big thing.
If we are working in IT we don't get sufficient time to learn new tings we have to struggle for that also in weekends know a days all companies are expecting more that work from employee means giving suggestions to company how can they improve business, cost cutting from un necessary tings simply you have to be value added for the company that to they are expecting a superman from a normal employee.Like superman we have do all the things but they will not increase your salary as per your work, but we have to work more for company with the same salary
