An organization consists of people with different responsibilities to do jobs in team fashion. Following are the three major entity of organization
Person - It represents a person ie employee of the organization. Fields are Id(primary key), FirstName, LastName, MobileNo, Address, DateOfJoining, DateOfBirth etc.
Team - It represents a team for a particular project/work of the organization. Fields are Id(primary Key), TeamName, TeamDesc, ParentTeamId (points to another row in the same table), TeamLeadId(points to a row of Person table)
Position - This represents a position within a team. Fields are Id(primary key), PositionName, TeamId(points to a row of team table), PersonId(points to a row of person table), etc

Following IT Resources can be shared of intranet
1. Soft Documents, manual etc - Operational manual, pdf document, e-books are useful resources and should be in a centralized location and to be shared through intranet.
2. Printer, Fax, Scanner, human - These are some physical resources
3. Databases, networks and Software packages and Applications - These are backbone of the IT operation.

Access time of flash memory is more, so it is not suitable to use as main memory. RAM(Random Access Memory) is used as main memory normally. More the size of RAM, more the speed.
