If I will get anything what will show that server did wrong, then will terminate that staff member immediately. But in case customer is wrong then we will black list that customer also as this affect the environment and can’t let this happen again.

After investigation if nothing came out them will meet the customer in person and console them. Also will change the booking process and now give customer the ipad to order along with server. Like this there will be no or very less chance of repeating this issue. As mitigation also counsel whole staff that integrity is one of key to success and one to should not do this type of activity. In order to avoid any type of issue they should follow all process
