1.Describe the Quality Management process of your organization (or an organization of your choice). Is the organization formally certified under ISO 9001 or some other system? How might such a certification process be used for furthering green ICT aims .

Answer : Basically, as the word describe Quality Management Process is a process for checking and assuming the quality of a team or whole process. So, this system improves the quality of the team and help to enhance the people working and skills in any organization.
Quality management process is the backbone of any organization because an organization can provide services and develop things in many ways but if the quality is not as per the customer expectation than it will call as failure for the organization.
Thus, we can say that Quality Management process should be effective so it will ensure that the deliverables to the customer will be good as demanded.
Here we can take example of any MNC quality management system like Microsoft, Infosys, IBM, Wipro etc. these are the gaint organizations with a very effective quality management process like in wipro they have a separate division for the quality management which is known as RMAAC.
In the organization this quality team ensure the following things –
Under quality assurance various training programs comes like Lean, Six Sigma which help the employee to understand the quality.
Yes, the organization as we discussed earlier like IBM, Wipro etc. are ISO: 9001 certified.
