Explanation / Answer
-----------------------------------Hi, I need some assistance with a response. Please write a 2-3 sentence reply to the following student response:
"I can recall working for a factory a few years back and every day it seemed as if there was one issue after another. One day one of the machines that we need to preform of job would break down. Other issues involved supply problems related to the late delivery of materials.
Once upon a time in my life, I worked for Sonic Drive-In. While working one day, we were getting flooded with orders and the entry restaurant was busy. I was a cook, and the kitchen staff did a great job pushing order out the door. I was one of the faster cooks at Sonic which lead some employee and managers to rely on me. After the busy period ended, I congratulated the kitchen staff and was pulled to the side one of the managers. He pointed out that I should not encourage the cooks like that because everyone will begin to ask for raises. I was stunned, I thought I was being a good employee by and a decent co-worker.
Both instances show how different causes can affect a person from completing their job properly."
