The second opportunity lies in the area of business process re-engineering to harmonize the supply chain processes across company and geographies so that each location follows the same process and there is no data and process gap.

For Cash to Cash cycle, both the companies need to focus on working capital management, days of receivables from the customers and inventory days. The inventory exposure must be optimized and a number of receivables days must be reduced in order to decrease and optimize the cash cycle.
