Explanation / Answer

Answer ONE :
After concerning findings in the company directories, annual reorts and other library sources to find information about a field that we want to work for. As we have to search the whole annual reports we get to know whether in our particular respective field our company had got any success. If there is success then what are the considerations of the team and what kind of project that was being completed by the company and the strategies and team members to be used to tackle that project. We also get to know from which library resources are being used at that time and apart from that if we get some project of same type then we get some help from the previous works also get to know which libraries are deprecated and what are other alternative of that library.

Answer TWO:
Artificial Intelligence is the way through which we are making machines to think intelligently for example if we input a number and want to divide it with 0, first time if we try we get an error but trying on second time getting an error is not good. So we train our code in a way so that it get experience from past errors and next time on dividing it doesn't give an error it simply print's this type of division is not possible. AI is accomplished by studying how human brain thinks and how humans learn,decide and try to solve particular problem.

Advantages of AI:
1. A computer program with AI can answer generic questions which is meant to be solve easily.
2. AI systems or programs learn new modifications by putting all informations together. Hence we can modify the piece of information in a system or program without affecting structure.
3. Modification in programming is quick and easy.

Disadavantages of AI:
1. Without AI program can answer only specific question on which the program is tested for.
2. Modification in the program can lead to change in the structure of system.
3. Modification is not quick and easy. It may lead to affecting the program adversely.
There are many applications in our daily life on which AI is working like suggestions for the words to complete the line used by google while sending mail. Auto suggestions used in you tube for the videos that we've watched. There are many more applications like gaming, natural language processing ,expert system, Vision System ,Speech Recognition System , Handwriting Recoginition and Intelligent Robots. These applications are future of AI and some applications are already part of our daily life like speech recognition,natural language processing these are used in Google Search,Alexa,Siri and Cortana. We nearly in decade surround with technology that are mostly the part of AI.
