Optimization is some algorithm which finds an optimum value from some set of values. There will be some input set or a problem from which an input set can be found. Optimization problem will find the optimized value from the input set.
Simulation is used to study about some real-world problem by designing the problem virtually. To create some problem physically will be more difficult and costlier. So, for this purpose a virtual problem can be created which is having all the properties of the physical real-world problem.
Model is nothing but physical modelling of the problem for the implementation or research purposes.
