Nature of the Organization: This organization stands as a mediator between The food vendor and the customer. They have designed a platform, website and app where a consumer could order food from the Vendor of his choice listed on their website. The process is as follows,

The above process has few tasks or data in short

The information processing to be done by the server is categorized in to 3 parts, Vendor, consumer and delivery agent. Since the company owns its own servers, they have designated the current servers to do all jobs on the same cluster. Due to this process, the servers are stacked up with requests and the agents are delayed in getting the Orders.

The tasks done by the agents has to be outsourced to a different organization, who holds the capability of running such big information.

The tasks of GPS tracking information has to be outsourced to a different organization, who are good at GPS based services.

This way, the load on the server cluster can be minimalised to the maximum.
