Step2 build

Step3 form

B. 8 step model

Step 1: create urgency: checkout how much important the changes are in any organization at particular point of time. Be clear and transparent while convincing the people about what is going on and what should actually happen.

Step 2 : form a powerful coalition(temperary group): to bring the change imidiately without any huge worry or conflict organization need to come forward with a powerful coalition who can convince people easily and make them work according to new dimensions.

Step 3: create a vision: try to create such a vision which personnel will be able to understand easily and coukd remember it.

Step 4: communicate the vision: make personnel understand that why changes are needed and what is the benefit for all the people as well as organization.

Step5: remove obstacles: everyone in the organization should support and help each other to remove ghe hurdles or obtacles or say contraints. Behave or work as a team and support everyone by being WE not I.

Step 6: create short term wins: try to show some little victory or progress to everyone from the starting itself as it will motivate everyone which will lead to more initiates. Motivation is necessary otherwise negative thinkers will harm and can lead to discomfort which will lead ti failure.

Step 7: build the change: initial motivation after the starting success is fine but never finalise about the success too earky because it can lead to overconfidence. Better to wait till actual change. For example launching 1 product is motivation and coming up with 10 new products and working for new change is actually a change.

Step 8: anchor the changes in corporate culture: make the good changes permanent till needed and make it a part of vision and mission for the entire personnel.
