It is human nature that we seek protection and security from any illness or fatal situations. As a job seeker, I will join this organization by requesting authority for providing the health care services to me with minimum cost. It will be wiser decision to choose a job with additional benefits apart from regular pay. I will choose a low CTC offered by an employer if it will offer me a better designed fringe benefit as discussed in the given case.

I will not a join a company, which will not provide health care benefits along with the regular pay. The main reason behind this decision is that I experience security is most important aspect of life. My purpose might be fulfilled in the reputed companies which offers a no. of benefits like cashless cure, health insurance, accidental insurance, and other pay, perks and extended benefits like sick leave , Earned leave, overtime etc. So, I will compare the benefits which protect my health as well as my dependents health needs.
