Based on what you have learned in class what are some of the things you might want to look at for your company as you recruit a new leader? What things can you do to incentivize him/her to want to work for XYZ? What qualities might you look for in a leader that might help him/her create a vision and direction for the company and what qualities would you not want in a leader? You will be presenting your ideas to the other board members so make sure you ground your argument in material from the class to illustrate your knowledge.

: I will look for these qulaties while recruiting a leader:

Confidence: leader should be very confident always. he/she should do every task with confidence.

Transparency: transparency is also the main key factor of ladership quality. To gain trust of each employee and co-worker, the leader should use transparency.

Appreciative: the leader should be appreciative. He should appreciate the good work and motivate them to continue for the same.

Flexible: the leader should be flexible. He/she should change themselves according to the situation.

Honest: honesty is the best policy. For the company growth the leader should be honest.

Responsive: good leaders are always responsive. They always respond to everyone in the team.

Risk taker: the leader should be risk taker. Every risk taker is a great successor.
