What if, tenant not understand while signing did, - If any of term and condition not get understand by tenant after signature, then as per doctrine ignorance of law is not excusable, here court presume that you as tenant carefully read and understand whatever legal terms mention in lease / did are accepted by u as tenant and you as tangent are responsible to follow existing laws applicable along with its amendment time to time.

Best way for property manager to handle complaints- manger must insert clause in lease did that,

1.  If any of tenant not respond to communication within 24 hr, matter will reported to nearby public authority for next action.

2. Any kind of losses occur due negligence of tenure are not recoverable,

3. Tenant is responsible to bring in notice within 24 hr or as per seriousness whatever complaint may be.

4. Whenever any tenant lodge any complaint, then acknowledge complain with receipt time & date, and ask to get update in next 24 hr.depending on nature of complaint stipulated period of time, give frequent follow up for same accordingly, else it will consider complaint have been resolve its own if nature of complaint is temporary.
