Company Name:- Orion Waste Water Treatment Co-operative limited.

Organizational Structure:- Organized as a co-operative, with equal rights of residents and limited liability of members. A group of members will carry out the operations and will comprise the board.

Mission statement:- Lets join hands and do our bit to save the earth.

Influence of the founder:- It reflects the combined vision and aspirations of the members

Management style:- As a co-opertive and equal participation, voluntary activities and fundraising.

How management will align organizational and management goals:- Organizational goals being for sustainaable growth and helping preserve natural resources and management goals being to only to coordinate the activities since its a cooperative, the management needs to take vote of members before taking any decisions.

How management will align organizational and employee goals:- Employees comprise members and some from outside who have to be compensated properly and those carrying out te day to day activities and form the management, need to be compensated and given the power to take decisions.

Expected lifecycle:- Perpetual with regular drive to provide usable water
