Negotiation process is an essential part of any organisation with proper negotiation one can easily increase the level of efficiency of an organisation and can maintain a good working structure.

Communication media plays an important role in negotiation as it provides a medium to negotiate between two person or organisation. By choosing the correct negotiation communication method we can directly increase our effect in the negotiation process and the proper goal can be achieved.

My negotiation style is compromise type. With the help of the compromising I definitely increase the level of compatibility for both of the parties and it directly influence my decision making in terms of taking decisions. I am communicating face to face then the negotiation process would be easier and it would be much easier to explain to the other party about the situation and to get on a agreement which both of the parties are agreeing. Face to face communication provides excellent visual cues as well as it is very synchronous and we get the instant feedback so it increases the level of compatibility towards the negotiation process.
Phone based communication reduces equality and it does not have ability to look for the facial expressions which is very harmful and understanding other parties emotions. This specific type of communication reduces the overall effect of the negative saliency but it increases errors in communication and reduces the quality of the communication which directly affects the negotiation process in a bad way.
If the communication email then I will rather choose talking on phone because communicating through email lacks voice as well as visuals which directly reduces the overall efficiency of the communication process in negotiation and this would directly affect my type of negotiation as I would not be able to compromise a word delete emails.
Instant messengers would be my least choose an option as it lacks emotions and mostly due to the extreme synchronous terminology which provikes quick decisions which are very harmful in negotiation process.

By knowing about all these communication mediums in negotiation, food properly apply best available method to gain most out of the negotiation processes and to implement my type of negotiation process which would be very effective if I used correct term according to the situation.
