Sunshine Health Corporation is seeking to improve overall connectivity across their corporate campus near the Hawaii Kai Marina, Honolulu, Hawaii. The campus buildings have recently been updated, thus the LANs achieve significant speeds under current standards. Transmission and data transfer between LANs and across the WAN are significantly diminished. The systems administrators at corporate have requested to work with your organization to improve WAN and backbone integration for more optimal performance. You have found that there are still parts of Hawaii including sections of Honolulu that are significantly behind the times and data transmission options. You must assess how you can best propose a plan for performance improvement as to their growing need for voice, video, and data transmission across their campus, and to their subsidiaries, moving across the cloud. What will you propose?

Explanation / Answer

As they are moving to the cloud they must need the fast network to complete their needs and work. Also to work with the cloud technology also need very much fast and reliable network.

According to my plan first i will assess the complete network across the organisation and made a report that how is the current network and what is the speed etc.

Then i made a report about what is the need of the organisation and what is the speed they actually need according to their business functionality.

If the currently implemented network is sonewhat useful for the current scenario then according to that i will plan to extend the current implemented network further to meet the requirement.

Other i will to change the entire network by implementing the WAN network. To implement the wan network i plan like to take the leased line from the ISP with optical fibre as it gives reliable uninterrupted signal through the cable from the ISP to organisation server room.

From then through the LAN cable from the main router to all the other buildings to all computers across the office.

As per my knowledge this is the best plan if already there is a leased line it is more easy because in that case we need to just Setup the router/ switches in the respective buildings and from to connect to the system.
