Your company is rolling out a training program to ensure that everyone is familiar with the company's IT usage policy. As a member of the Human Resources Department, you have been asked to develop a key piece of the training relating to why this policy is needed. What kind of concerns can you expect your audience to raise? How can you deal with thfis anticipated resistance to the policy?

In this situation, as a member of the Human Resources Organization the key piece I’m about to make will give emphasis on the importance of the existence, implementing the policy within the organization and what are the benefits we may acquire from it, telling them also that in order to have a peace and order within the company and prevent any future breaches it would be strictly implemented.
Making them realize the rules of the organization will give them a warning if ever they violate some usage policy or do something unethically that might bring a huge damage to the company, corresponding punishment will be granted for them, perhaps firing them out of the organization. In behalf of their rights, their complaints will be appreciated and the organizational management will decide of what proper response might give them. By doing this, they will encourage to keep the organization’s policy and other confidential info secured. Conducting an assessment of their performance will be the basis of their promotion, thus this method would be made as a part of the policy, so they will give their best for abiding the organizational policy. The key piece will also help them realize that the policy will affect not only themselves but also the organizational as whole.
