LAN is a short form of local area network which is limited to a specific and office ,school or small organisation which does not extend a kilometre and mostly incorporated within a building.
Cloud can be defined as an internet based operational service which can be expanded across the globe as it is operated with the help of the satellites which transmits signal across the globe and they used by large number of people for storing the data as well as operating different services.
Cloud is expanded throughout the globe but it is prone to lesser speed availability as well as security issues. When the data can be quickly retrieve from a lan network, for most of the times it cannot be retrieved as far as compared to the land over the cloud. Data transfer speed so slow and availability of the service also depends on the weather conditions as well as a satellite availability. Cloud network has also problem of rectification of technological errors. These errors takes a very long time to fix but in local area networks errors can be fixed in real time and overall down time for the service is widely reduced.
Listening is an essential task for any individual in its day to day life. Being an active listener provides an advantage over different things and also improve your ability to determine and analyse the things. While listening there are few barriers which always create problem daily challenge.

American citizen could benefit from increasing the rate of a dollar, a fine example of this specific situation would be an export related person who will be benefited by the increased value of dollar as he has to pay less amount for exporting the goods to a foreign career.
