Up until now, your organization has not had a history of using teams to reach its goals, and in fact, has relied on the more traditional form of a “command-and-control” hierarchy to reach its goals. Since the organization has been more of a command and control type it might be difficult to build a team because people are more accustomed to following orders. Below points can be followed to form high performance teams:

For any critical work or cross-departmental or inter-geographical related work, virtual teams can be created.
