The future is always uncertain but if an organization plan successfully then it can easily meet the challenges related to financial and human resources management. An organization must focus the following factors to lead the industry in near future,
1) Talent management
2) Competition level in industry.
3) Innovation and technology.
4) information management.
5) Management of stakeholder's relations
In my view , these above issues can be resolved and properly managed so as to reduce the any hurdle in the business development. The key focus should be on customers relationship management , competition management and business management core practices development. Ethics and value system is also important so as to maintain the image of the organization. The concept of learning organization can be taken from Google, IBM , Tata, TCS etc. The sustainable practices of business will also provide competitive advantage to the organization.
Organizational change management is also a serious issue which must be properly managed by the HR department of the organization. For it , cultural diversity and communication management practices will also be carefully implemented. The model of Kurt Lewin can be taken as reference to implement the practices of change management. The people will resist the change situations. For example: If , office location will be shifted suddenly to another location then it will be opposed by many employees. To manage this situation, a manager should communicate the issues with adequate manner to its employees. People should be given priority who have no residence or vehicle facilities of their own.
According to Kurt Lewin , change process will be described in three stages,
1) Unfreezing ( when people are in aggressive mood due to change question, here patience will be play crucial role by the change manager . A manager must communicate every employees to this stage and give them full cooperation and support to adjust with the change. )
2) Movement: It is the stage when people start thinking to accept the change situation and they interact with their respective managers.
3) Freezing: People will finally get settlement to the change situation. As, they will have to change their position and accept the guidelines from management.
Change brings good things to any organization. It removes old rule of thumb and bottlenecks. It creates positive synergy for the organization.
