Question

9-10 Planning an SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and planning for a GIS (Global Information System) both require phase by phase steps. The steps for each require planning, analysis of tasks involved, designing and implementing and maintaining the structure. There are obstacles and challenges peculiar to both, and must be addressed on a continual basis. View the videos provided and explain in no less than 250 words how the 2 plans/phases differ, what the commonalities are between the two types of tasks and how your company/organization is addressing them from a management perspective.

Explanation / Answer

The first video tells us about the FedEx pack plus . which is the most efficient way of packing the articles and sending them to the other person. The second video is about the system life cycle.

First thing is first we have to create an object or product. For this we have to go for the second video. This video describes us how a product is being manufactured. In this case it is a robot. The video describes each and every perspective of manufacturing a robot. The first thing we have to consider is what kind of robot we need to manufacture and what are the requirements for the manufacturing process. We also should care of the features of the robot. The production is started only after all the requirements are taken into consideration.

The second we have to do is to ship the product which we manufactured. For this shipping we are using the fedex pack plus the most efficient way of shopping.

Thus the two task are helping our company to manufacture and ship the product to the consumer
