This assignment will be an executive summary where you will explain your thoughts and ideas around how you would move forward with an analytics project. As a leader in your organization, it will be your task to drive forward projects working cross-department and cross-discipline.

Instructions:

Author an executive summary that is one page single-spaced about how you would implement analytics into an organization. This should cover, at minimum, what groups would be involved? What tools would you use? How would you implement it? What, if any, data would need to be secured and audit

Explanation / Answer

Analytics is a field whihc needs all the departments like computers , statistics etc., to come together and it is the responsibility of the team leader to drive them to work together. The information that is to be interpretated or colled or shared must be studied completely . All the departments must work as a team and for this selection of people from each department plays a very important role. Audits and other financial related work must be done by finance team, uploading and collection of data must be done by computers team. It is better to take experienced people and people who are comfortable to work as a team. Latest software which can help us in complicated maths like algorithms must be used so that the process becomes eacy for us. As analytics include each and every department , a group must be appointed in every department to look over this and work on this. This helps in making the organisation more disciplined and organised.
