To be Honest there is not SDLC mentioned by Google for Android Developement. all they have given you is the best practises. But still the Software Development Life Cycle of mobile application development is similar to the SDLC for web or desktop applications to many extent. There are usually 5 major portions involved in the process:

Most of the time many of these processes are overlapped, for example, it’s common for development to be going on while the UI is being finalized, and it may even inform the UI design. Moreover, an application may be going into a stabilization phase at the same that new features are being added to a new version adn this process is called Enhancement.
