i rather say they are not critical for properly managing files and folder,it's a good to set up a clear directory structure(that contain folders &files)that includes information like the project title, a date, and some type of unique identifier. Individual directories(files &folder) may be set up by date, researcher, experimental run, or whatever makes sense for you and your research,With this you or any other person can easily find out in which folder the specific work data is located and time-saving too.its great if took example and understand it

so big company use this type of naming convention but are talking about the windows system here there we can't use such big serial because user will not be able to under or takes time to decode what is this,for what this is used.

so by this its easy to identify the folder belong to which project and its current progress.

there are many features that vary from win7 to win8.1 because its and upgrade version of win7 so technically it will differ.

So now taking about the thing that differ is:

i say interface is worse point but although its an point of view of many users because all people are used to using win7 its old look and using over the ages the same interface comes to each of one habit and the sudden change to that comes to disliking and having trouble to understand the new one means more time-consuming.

that why from the user point of view we say that its worse feature in win8
