There is one common secret behind the success of these companies, they always try to find out the ideas from their employees and always try to motivate their employees. All these giant companies give freedom to their employees. Any employee in these organizations can send a mail to top leaders of the company and can share their ideas. They also use the management tools to manage their employees and provide motivational training timely so that their employee will give their best and provide the better output at the workplace. These companies always try to make the healthy working environment on the workplace. So in these above ways, all the giant companies manage their human resources.
They treat their customers and suppliers as a part of the company. They also take the feedbacks from their customers and suppliers. These companies always try to make something new and innovative so that their suppliers and customers did not get bored. These companies also do the best deals with their suppliers and keep their suppliers always happy and also provide their products at the best price to their customers to keep them happy as well.
These companies also treat differently according to the demographic conditions in the world and this also one of the secret behind the success. We cannot treat customers all over the world with the same strategy. For example it may be possible that American people wants more chocolate and it may be possible that Asian people do not like chocolate so Wal-Mart cannot supply the same amount of chocolate in all over the world. Same concept is applied by all the above giant companies. It means that first they analyze the like and dislikes, taste, culture, age of that particular demographic areas and then make their business strategies according to it.
They also provide the perks to their customers to expand their business and also provide some extra services to their new customers. For example when the Wal-Mart entered in India they studied about the demographic conditions of Indian people and provided offers to the customers like "buy one get one". Today they also are providing the offers like special discount on Indian festivals. Apple, Google also follows the same strategy. They provide the perks like additional warranty on their mobile phone or provide discount on purchase of new mobile phone etc. So as a conclusion we can say that these companies do their businesses according to the demographic conditions of that particular area.
When I go to Wal-Mart for shopping, then I also try to buy products which are having offers or discounts and I always prefers these types of perks from consumer’s product companies. When I go to shop consumer electronic product like air conditioner or mobile phones then I tried to buy them in festival seasons because the companies provides offer on these festivals. The reason is that I come from a middle class family and do not have so many earnings and I also have to do some savings for future. So this is the reason why I prefer these types of perks from all the above companies
