Explanation / Answer
1) My role in the group is as coordinator. Coordinator is the one who bridges the gap between the people and things makes them to come closer and work together. There are separately roles were allocated in any business and one who have to makes all the roles working and form a group is known as coordinator. Coordinator is the conjunction between employees, products, clients and resources. He/ She group together all the elements. Also organizes the task and events. He/ She negotiates with other to ensure that they work effectively.
2) I need to trust others the following things:
1. Reliability- I need to have the reliability with the other.
2. Truth- The truth is very much important for the building a trust. False information leads to the trust deterioration.
3. Facts behind the statement- The truth is a fact which can be true when there is genuine proof behind it.
4. A Bonding. A strong bonding develops the trust in any other. It is the slow process and takes time. But once it has developed it will be unbreakable.
3) When I was in my Graduation, I was the most trust worthy student among all of the students in my class in my faculties perspective. So, because of the trust my faculty had designated me as the Class Representative of my class. The programs and events conducted in the college and campus before had a gathering of all the Class Representatives. They discuss and decide on the same goal. Each Class Representative have the certain roles in the events apart from regular activities such as taking notes and get signed by the faculty, meet with faculty regarding any query of the student, etc. he has to manage the whole class. He leads the class.
I love to play volley ball. I was the head of the team. As I had the experience in this sport so everyone uses to come to me and ask how to play and what are the tricks to win. I was the leader of the team. Due to my competencies We (My Team) had achieved a gold medal in University level matches.
