Reinterpretation is the approach of the individuals to take the perceptions perceived from the messages not too personal. Here the communications will be less personal which can make the individual to take better decisions.
Relaxation can be the most constructive response through which email responses are given in such a manner that the frustration and temper is released and the emails are responded in a diplomatic manner.
Defusing is the approach through which the individual does not escalate the uncivil messages and will focus on the work more than focusing on the issue.
