Though in this case Cabridge Company has direct contract with Jordan but the task is to supply the equipment to Bordean who has direct contract with Cambride. Bordean's arguement can be being the originator of contract it can sue Jordan for doing terrible job and ultimately failure of the project.It is the legal duty of Jordan to implement the project with proper way and successfully completing the project.Jordan's argument is not strong in this case because it has delivered a failed equipment and the project is failed in this case.Under the  Contract Disputes Act, Bordean will win the case.
