d. Sammi cleared for (TOP SECRET,{A,C}),wants to access a document classified(CONFIDENTAL,{A}.

e. Robin ,who has no clearances (and so works at the UNCLASSIFIED level),wants to access a document classified (CONFIDENTIAL,{B}).

Explanation / Answer

a. Paul has the highest level of read access. So he can read a SECRET document He can write a document only if his access C=both.

b. Anna can access the document which is at equal access level to her, if C= both , else if C=neither then there will be no access.

c. Jesse can access document since it is at lower level to her. if C=both , she cannot access if C= neither

d. Sammi can also access since he is at higher level . Even if C= both or neither it doesnt matter because he already has read access.(A)

e. Robin cannot access any document for either read or write access.
