In my opinion, the affirmative action policies do results in a kind of reverse discrimination. In fact, the USA is quite famous for its past transgressions particularly to the discrimination in the workplaces and in order to deal with these kinds of business practices, some kind of strict laws are compulsory. I have worked in number of organizations and in fact witnesses a “status-quo” individuals are being hired in comparison to a person who is the best fit and most qualified. And most of the time the question was raised about the fairness of this decisions and filling the quotas. The simple answer is yes. This is due to the fact that the American business isn’t about the little man, at least not anymore,. It has transformed into an activity of rich and powerful and the only method by which these business can be made to adhere to the honesty is to recognize them they must implement the practices such as honest, fair, and most of all diverse
