A. Critical Path Scheduling :- In project management, a critical path is the sequence of project network activities which add up to the longest over all duration, regardless if that longest duration has float or not. This determines the shortest time possible to complete the project.

Gantt :- It is type of bar chart, that illustrates a project schedule. It illustrate the start and end of the project dates of the terminal elements and summary elements of a project.

Network diagramming :- It is useful for planning and tracking the project from beginning to finish. It represents a project's critical path as well as the scope for the project. A good network diagram will be clear and concise graphic representation of a project.

Slack Time :- It is the amount of it time( hours, months and years) you can delay an activity without affecting the immediate linked successor activity. Acceptance value for slack time should be positive value.
