Establishment of basis :- Here basis are again some major factors that effect the selection of best in class analytic platform. As analytic platform is a unified and proper solution designed to adddress the demands of users, so for such unified solution which meet the demand of user it need to work closely with major factors like internel and externel stakeholders to identify success matrix.
Type of Demands of users :- Dealing with the stakeholder essentially focuses on the demands of users as the solution need to know about for what actually solution is going to be for. As the demand contains both expensive as well as economical requirements which helps in the selection of a best-in-class analytics platform.
Operating Cost :- One of the major role played by by the cost put on whole process opertaion, it used to decide the budget of the whole project which should be minimum as per the management as business need so on dealing with the stakeholders and taking demands of them using different sources need some cost which becomes one of the factor for an organization's selection of a best-in-class analytic platform.
