As you prepare for this process, you start to think about how you will handle this news and communicate with your team, especially given the diverse needs of your team members.

Diversity in the organisation is very beneficial but sometimes this diversity creates problems in communication as the differences in cultures as well as different language barriers make it hard to propagate a message in the organisation regarding any kind of change. In this the specific situation the major problem is different cultural beliefs as well as understanding of ethical perspectives of the organisation due to availability of diverse culture. As bank is reorganizing number of departments some of the employees will definitely sure reluctance to be changed to another department or been shifted to other department for work. This type of approach would reduce the overall efficiency as well as productivity of the team or the diverse working as understanding between the employees would be hard to communicate due to cultural and linguistic differences. Son of the mean barriers would include ethical barriers which also causes the quality of cultural differences and set of cultural beliefs are relatively different width and every individual coming from a different background. This is specific type of approach would limit the overall understanding of the employees as well as creative impact on this change process. For communicating the need for the change within my team I would call a meeting where each and everything would be totally explained using different audio visual as well as providing examples. Buy understanding each and every culture in my team I would follow the procedures to influence each and every individual by maximizing the effect of a specific training are telling procedure which would benefit in the organisation culture for creating a better impact for adoption of change in the specific team. Lack of consideration can be very disastrous in terms of implementation of communication process. As availability of consideration regarding different culture can make a huge difference. Some cultures require better explanation of the situation where other cultures require less explanation as well as adoption with different cultures are also different and changes drastically. Lack of consideration while providing the information can lead to negative impact of the communication process on the employees as well as it would also diminish integrity of Team Spirit and can create a negative impact on the overall availability of opportunities of implementing the specific change. For an example, providing unclear instructions on departmental change for an employee coming from Chinese background and providing instructions in complicated English can create heavy impact on his understanding and directly reduce the overall impact of the specific change process as well as reduce the efficiency as there is productivity of the team.
