Explanation / Answer

I believe that the successful professional that I am today is because my team as a whole helped and supported me a lot and that too a great extent as well. My supervisor is the one on whom I am very much grateful because he not only made things easier for me but guided towards the right direction which helped me grow as a professional in the industry. Bob, my supervisor or my scrum master in the project is one of the best supervisors I have come across because he believes in the cooperative approach of leadership and management and that actually prioritizes the team more than the leader which makes the team work for the betterment of the organization.

I Believe that a leader should possess effective communication skills because if that is not the case, then the leader may lose it's effectivity in the team. In order to motivate and encourage employees to a great extent, the leader need to be an effective speaker as well. Bob, himself carries the objectives of the organization and the mission as well, he has been serving the organization for around 22 years and has been the idol for many in the organization. Even at this point in his career he sets example by working himself.

He believes that an employee needs to be enable and working will his last day at work and hence dedication and commitment is something that he prioritizes a lot. He is like a true friend of the team members because he is always there for them even after office in case of issues other than work. He believes in continuous development and improvement and that makes him even better as an individual who is working for the betterment of the organization and also of the employees.

He has the courgae to take risks because he believes that without risks it will be very much interested and stagnant and with deication and commitment he plans to make it work for the Organization. I believe because of such aspects and effectiveness, he has been of those who is preferred and liked by all which also makes him different as well.
