1. Relevancy to the subject of problem.

Q2 is not recommended, as this question has no relevance to the current topic.

2. Scaling

Interrogative Survey question be followed with 5 or more options. Example: Strongly Agree, Agree, No opinion, disagree and strongly disagree.

Hence Q5 and Q6 should follow this rule.

3. When we ask percentage, it conditionally asks his to write a random number or a near value.

Hence in these cases, we need to provide options as

A) 0 - 10% - Very low

B) 11-35% - Low

C) 36 - 50% - Average

D) 51-75% - High

E) 76-100% - Very high

Q1 and Q4 did not follow these, hence it should be revised.
