I would recommend this project to be organised as a pure project as it would have a self contained in that works at full time on project increasing its overall efficiency as well as productivity. Some of the team members may not be available all the time but the project team would be directly working on the project. I as a project manager would have full authority and each and every member in the team would report to me. They would be direct communication between me and team that would increase the overall efficiency as well as productivity of the decision making. Commitment to the project would also high if this type of project is worked as a pure project.

In this case I would choose Nick Rogers as he has required education that I I am looking for.
Effects in all of the specific given criteria where is education level is adequate and he is experienced as he has black belt in quality management. He has a high average project savings as well as very low hourly rate as compared to other applicants. He is available 50% of the time. I would also prefer selecting Peter Foltz because he also have required education and on a green belt in quality management where he has a high average savings as well as low hourly rate and available 50% of the time. I would also choose Joyce Snyder because he has a required education, green Belt and has high average savings but a low hourly rate and available for 50% of the time.
For the last selection I would choose Ken Inman because he has all the required education as well as I also have the green belt and have high average savings, low hourly rate and he is also available for 50% of the time. This specific type of selection approach would reduce the level of conflict between the team members and help us to maintain low budget operation.
