Regarding physical disabilities, people who voluntarily use wheelchairs for a day or week to try to simulate the experience of those who must use wheelchairs should not deceive themselves into thinking that they really know "what it is like" to have limited mobility. Unlike people who depend on wheelchairs, they know they can walk alone at any time.

It is never possible for the people who use wheelchairs voluntarily to estimate how the people who really need them feel. They use the chairs just to show that it is not a big deal but the people who are disabled and have to depend on a wheel chair are helpless and must use the wheelchairs. The people who try them can walk freely whenever they want but the people who need them are struk with them and cannot walk if they are not there. That pain can only be known to the people experiencing it. When such things happen at a work place , the whole environment gets spoilt because it is an insult to disabled people and this offends them. It is a form of teasing them and showing how different they are and is absolutely wrong. This is same as the people who feel harassed or discriminated because it is a kind of discrimination or harassment of disabled people and their rights. It even leaves a bad impression on the company for letting such things happen .
