3) I will suggest the following points Baxter to make more effective use of his charisma as follows:

a) Control his emotions like excessive handshake, laugh, smiles and self congratulations. He should do such things when time demands it on various occasions.

b) He should never appreciate himself or take credit alone. He should say that every effort or achievements is a work of team commitment and each individual.

c) He should listen carefully the problems of other employees then resolve the issue by critically examine the problem.

d) He should provide a combine lecture or tips while sales and marketing meeting. He should never use his own exaggerated achievements of sales in this discussion as people will not take the whole seriously.

e) He should make his personality attributes as more responsible one.
